1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

"Platform"	The agb88 website, mobile-optimised site, all product lobbies (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Bandar Ceme, Andar Bahar), and all related services operated by agb88.
"Member" / "You"	Any individual who has registered an account on the agb88 platform and has been approved to access the Platform's services.
"Account"	The individual, password-protected user account created by a Member through the agb88 registration process.
"Balance"	The total amount of funds held in a Member's Account wallet, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Member's Account pursuant to a specific agb88 promotion.
"Rollover Requirement"	The number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn from the Account.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer verification — the identity and document verification process required by agb88 before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
"WIB"	Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by agb88 for all transaction timestamps, draw times, and support hours unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the agb88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. agb88 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are 21 or older and consent to agb88 conducting age verification checks at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited at the time you place each bet or access each gaming session. agb88 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your specific location.
• Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register an Account.
• One Account per Person: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the agb88 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or a third party's — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary self-exclusion order or a self-exclusion order initiated by agb88 at the time of registration or any subsequent login.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the agb88 Platform, you must complete the registration process via the agb88 Login page. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including a valid username, a secure password, and a verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet for transaction purposes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. agb88 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify agb88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. agb88 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information submitted during registration — and at any subsequent point when updating your Account profile — must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. agb88 reserves the right to close any Account found to have been registered using false, incomplete, or fraudulent information, and to forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds associated with such an Account.

3.4 Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting agb88 customer support. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days, subject to the resolution of any pending bets and the completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet on file.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

agb88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. agb88 does not accept deposits via credit card, foreign bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by agb88's payment processing system. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier screen prior to initiating any transfer. agb88 does not charge any deposit fee to Members; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by agb88 within fifteen (15) minutes on average during normal operating conditions, measured from the time the request is approved by the agb88 payments team. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, scheduled maintenance windows, or when KYC verification is required. The destination account for all withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the agb88 Account holder — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• agb88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal where the cumulative withdrawal total within a rolling 30-day period exceeds Rp 10.000.000.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Rollover Requirement has been met in full.
• agb88 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute against a deposit previously credited to your agb88 Account is considered a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. agb88 reserves the right to suspend your Account immediately and pursue recovery of the full disputed amount plus any reasonable administrative costs incurred as a result of the chargeback process.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by agb88 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Rollover Requirements

All Bonus Funds carry a Rollover Requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Rollover Requirement multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds restrictions (for Sportsbook bonuses), and expiry period are specified on each individual promotion page. Bets placed on games or markets that are excluded from a promotion do not contribute to the Rollover Requirement for that promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

agb88 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple Accounts to guarantee a risk-free return on Bonus Funds (so-called "bonus scalping"); and exploiting errors in bonus credit amounts. Where such behaviour is identified, agb88 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend the Account(s) involved, and recover any amounts already withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

5.4 Promotional Amendments

agb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a promotion prior to any modification will not be retrospectively affected by changes to the Rollover Requirement for that promotion, provided they continue to meet all other eligibility conditions.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

Bet settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are subject to the odds and markets available at the time the bet is placed; agb88 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any in-play market.

6.2 Live Casino

All live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and game-show titles — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. agb88 sources all live casino content from certified providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.

6.3 Slots

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by agb88 where: the event to which it relates is cancelled or abandoned; the bet was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error; or the bet is found to have been placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Stake amounts for void bets are returned to the Member's Account Balance in full.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the agb88 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or manipulate the Platform in any way.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to fix the outcome of any bet or game.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where you are aware of such prohibition.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or errors in game logic to generate an unfair advantage.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your Account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward agb88 support staff or other platform users.

8. KYC & Identity Verification

agb88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification may be requested at any time, but is mandatory before processing withdrawals above the thresholds described in Section 4.4.

8.1 Required Documents

agb88 may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the agb88 Platform without the prior written consent of agb88. Unauthorised use of agb88's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agb88's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

agb88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if agb88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

agb88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. agb88 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity failures, device incompatibilities, or third-party payment processing delays beyond agb88's reasonable control.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

agb88 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to agb88 collecting, processing, and storing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include:

• Account creation, maintenance, and security monitoring.
• Transaction processing, including deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact agb88 to arrange closure of your Account and return of any real-money Balance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming and betting platforms. agb88 operates as an internationally licensed platform and does not make any representation that its services comply with the domestic laws of any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the agb88 Platform, agb88 encourages Members to contact customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. agb88 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs for the arbitration process unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
